COVID-19 Afspraken

You can make an appointment for a collection for a COVID-19 PCR test here.

This can be done online if you have a CTP code. This can be requested via www.mijngezondheid.be.

For sampling in the context of travel, contact us on the general phone number of the desired sampling location.

How do I get my result?

If we have your mobile number, you will receive an SMS within 24 hours with which you can consult your result via the Internet.

Once known, your COVID-19 result can also be consulted immediately via www.cozo.be. Please do not overload our switchboard for this!
After receiving the result, you need to count an additional 1.5 hours before you can retrieve the test certificate in the CovidSafeBE app or online at mijngezondheid.be or mijnburgerprofiel.be.

You may only register if you have made an appointment (by telephone).

You can do this at the following locations:
  • Antwerp
    Emiel Vloorsstraat 9, 2020 Antwerp (03 303 08 00)
    Working days: 12:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • Lokeren
    Oude-Bruglaan 72/2, 9160 Lokeren (09 342 30 30)
    Working days: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
    Saturday: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
You must be present 5 minutes in advance.
Always wear a mouth mask and disinfect your hands when entering the collection room.

  • Your identification data (Belgian ID card, passport), mobile phone number and possibly e-mail address
  • Details of your physician
  • Your application form, if you have one. In the context of travel, you do not need to have a doctor’s application form with you
  • CTP code if the test is eligible for reimbursement.

    Make an appointment online in:
    • Antwerp (03 303 08 00)
    • Lokeren (09 342 30 30)

  • You don’t have a CTP code yet?
    Request your CTP code via www.mijngezondheid.be.

The COVID-19 PCR test is not reimbursed for travelers. The cost is therefore at your own expense and is € 60,64 for a nasopharyngeal swab and € 65 for a saliva test. Payment is made on the spot before the purchase, preferably via bancontact, but can also be cash.

If you are in possession of a valid application form or CTP code, the COVID-19 PCR test will be fully reimbursed by your health insurance fund.
